Thank You From 360 Rugby: Reflecting on 2023

Hello 360 Rugby Families,

What a year it's been! As we turn the page to 2024, we can't help but feel grateful for each of you. Your support, through rain and shine, has been incredible. It's because of you that our first full year was a success.

We're aware this year had its tough moments. Despite the unpredictable weather and unexpected challenges, your commitment never faltered. It was a year of highs and lows for our coaches as well. Coach Joe faced personal loss with the passing of his father, alongside navigating a significant eye injury. Yet, he also embarked on an exciting journey with his new role at BC – a big whoop for him! Coach Tommy also had a memorable year, marking his 30th birthday and getting engaged to the amazing Tash – we're over the moon for them.

Moreover, the progress of our players has been a joy to witness. Our older players, particularly F and D, have shown remarkable growth in their skills and confidence. As for our younger members, they've made impressive strides too. Little H stands out with his eagerness to get stuck in, while C, our enthusiastic newcomer, has displayed a fearless and confident attitude. And let's not forget S, who has significantly improved in confidence and catching skills.

It's been heartwarming to see all our boys improving and coming together as a collective, welcoming new players with open arms. Observing their growth and the way they've gelled as a group has been a true privilege. Your unwavering support through all these moments has been invaluable, and we're incredibly grateful for that.

Looking ahead, we're excited about what's to come. There are a few changes on the horizon, especially for our 'older' mini players. We've noticed that they're ready for more of a challenge, so we're extending their sessions to 45 minutes starting after the February half-term, more information to come!

Also, this term will be a bit shorter due to a special event on February 10th – we've been asked to be godparents :) We're thrilled and wanted to share this happy news with you, and apologise for the shorter playing time for this term, sorry!

Thank you again for being part of our 360 Rugby family. We are slowly growing and your ongoing support means the world to us, we can't wait to tackle 2024 together!

Warm regards,

J, T & S

The 360 Rugby Team
