Joe Barnett- Co Founder and Head Coach

Hi! I'm Joe, or Mr Barnett as I'm more often called. I am Head of Sports at Brighton College Prep and have been involved with the world of rugby for over a decade!

I've been in private education as a sports teacher for over 14 years and have coached some incredible players to exceptional standards. Now, I have grasped the opportunity to coach rugby to our rising stars in a way that amalgamates all of the styles and techniques I have learnt over the years.  360 Rugby is my way of getting young players to think outside the box and perfect a range of skills that lend themselves to becoming a skilled sportsperson, not just a skilled rugby player. We need smart, forward thinking, responsive athletes on the field that can surprise, shock and awe their opposition.
