Luke – Coach at 360 Rugby

My rugby journey began at age 12, playing youth-level rugby in Doncaster. After several years away from the game, it was my son’s growing interest in sports that reignited my passion. We visited Eastbourne Rugby Football Club together, and it quickly became clear that rugby was something we could both love.

I started volunteering as a coach for the Minis age group at ERFC, where I gained my coaching and refereeing experience. Since then, I’ve remained an active part of the club and currently serve as the Mini’s Chairman and U8s coach.

My son’s enthusiasm for the sport also led me to 360 Rugby, where I now coach as well. Watching the kids grow in confidence, build friendships, and genuinely enjoy themselves on and off the pitch is what makes coaching so rewarding. These are just a few of the many reasons why I have so much fun being involved in their rugby journey
