What does a 360 Rugby session include?

Updated: May 5, 2022

So, what happens during your hour with us?

Our sessions will look a little something like this:

  • 10 minute warm up - including stretching and non rugby specific activity (football/frisbee etc)

  • 15 minute – conditioned game player vs player

  • 15 minute – skill acquisition – intense skill technique workshop

  • 15 minute – condition game focused on implementing the skill learnt

Each session has targeted strength and conditioning elements woven into each section.

We aim to use every minute to create a space where we can think outside the box strategically; both in terms of how our bodies physically move and the ways in which we can improve that, as well as, how our understanding of movement and game play can improve our performance within our chosen sport.

What about our mini players? (4-5 year olds)

Well, here we will introduce your little one to Rugby and all things movement during this 1/2 hour session. They can expect to run, catch, throw, laugh, smile, jump, dance, pause, listen, wiggle and giggle during our fun morning classes.

Our main focus will be physical literacy and trying to help them understand how their bodies move as this will be their foundation for a great relationship with sport and movement. Our sessions will be tailored and will introduce them to the world of rugby and sport, through a range of games and activities.

Come and try it out!

We have our launch open day on June 4th at Eastbourne Rugby Club. Why not book your free place here and pop down to get a feel of what our sessions will include and get a chance to speak to our coaches to ask any questions you may have!

We hope to see you there!
